Es wird aber noch in Einzelnaht (interrupted) - die Wundränder werden mit mehreren Einzelfäden vernäht - oder fortlaufende (continuous) unterschieden, d.h. ein Faden wird so vernäht, daß er die gesamte Wunde zusammenhält!

Der "surgeons knot" ist die Weiterführung mit einer speziellen Verknotung

Vielen Dank! Ich habe selbst die Webseite angeschaut, die du erwaehnt hast, und die Bilder da drinne auch mit denen der deutschen Einzelknopfnahtseite verglichen, und es ist eine und dieselbe Sache! Auch stand auf beiden Seiten, Eng. sowohl wie DE, es sei die am haeufigsten gebrauchte, einfachste Naht. Ja, ich hab das Wort auch vertippt, ich bin zwar kein Expert in Medizin, mein Diplom ist im Bereich Agrarwissenschaft. Nochmals vielen Dank!

Erstmal: Schreibfehler. Es sollte sich um die Einzelk*n*opfnaht handeln. Kopfnaht ergibt zwar ein paar Treffer, aber Knopfnaht erheblich mehr.

Die Einzelknopfnaht ist die einfachste aller Wundverschlusstechniken. Sie kommt als Standardnaht in der Notfallaufnahme z. B. bei Schnittverletzungen und Platzwunden zum Einsatz.
Die Einzelknopfnaht bildet die Grundlage für weitere Hautnähte wie der Rückstichnaht nach Allgöwer, die vor allem im OP verwendet wird

Explanation:
My German is very poor, but from your English explanation, I believe "swaged needles" is what you may need.

Swaged needles have the suture material fused to a needle, so that the needle can be eyeless and thus produce little tissue disruption as it goes across it. This is ideal for nerve repair. The 10 in your text is probably 10 mm, indicating needle gauge.
