I'm afraid there isn't any more info (it's just an isolated abbreviation in some patient notes written almost entirely in abbreviations! But I do think the continuous warm blood suggestion is good, since the times for CWB and ECC were exactly the same for the same operation.
The same operation report also has a time called "ECC" which was also 195, so this may be the same as "CWB", ECC could be extracorporeal circulation (would make since because the patient was put on a heart-lung machine)
