The entire phrase, "breitbasig gestielter Weichteillappen", has got me completely lost. Does anyone know the correct translation for this in English, please? And DON'T GUESS! Wild guesses are about as much use as no answer at all. There must be someone with sufficient medical knowledge to know what this is. TIA for your assistance.

There seem to be a few search engine hits for "pedunculated flap" (strange word, pedunculated - my spellchecker certainly didn't recognise it!), so I think I might call it a broad-based pedunculated soft tissue flap.
