Medical (general) / neurology
German term or phrase: Federungsschmerz
a patient suffering from back pain is given a neurological examination of the back. Among the findings are: "Federungsschmerz mit eingeschraenkter Federbeweglichkeit L3-S1." I think I get the concept but wonder if there is a term of art in English.
