Medical - Medical (general) / breast cancer
German term or phrase: Makromastie
Inspektion und Palpation:
Makromastie. Kein Nachweis pathologisch vergrößerter Lymphknoten beidseits

Checked on google, this term kept coming up in connection with plastic surgery. This is not the context here, it's a woman who went for a breast checkup and they found suspicious tissue.

English translation:Macromastia/large breasts
Explanation:
I think that is all it means - it isn't referring to the "suspicious" findings - that will be somewhere else - it's probably pointed out as it will not help physical examination.

The plastic surgery links only come up because reduction mammoplasty is an increasingly popular option for women with large breasts.
