"Es darf nicht der Anschein erweckt werden, dass der Kontrolle des Prüflaboratoriums auch solche Produkte und Leistungen unterliegen, die von dieser Akkreditierung nicht erfasst werden"
This sentence is taken from an accreditation issued to a testing laboratory (haematology etc).
I know that "unterliegen" means to be subject to, but am unsure about the exact construction of this part of the sentence: "der Kontrolle des Prüflaboratoriums auch solche Produkte und Leistungen unterliegen".
