German term or phrase: Schädelbogen
[context: Stat. Aufnahme zur Beobachtung. Unauffaelliger Schaedelbogen.]

I am translating a physician's report regarding a patient who sustained head trauma and was admitted to inpatient care for observation. I've been unable to find any clear leads on the precise meaning of the word and thought I would float it on Proz. Thank you for your assistance.

(unobtrusive) cranial arch
Explanation:
Well, this is just a guess -- perhaps it's saying that there's no swelling over the skull, no bump.... There may be a medical term that a more experience translator will offer.

agree  Steffen Walter: ... although I'd prefer "normal" or "no abnormal" to"unobtrusive" ("unauffällig" is normally used in the sense of "Normalbefund").

agree  Jeremy Somerson: "unremarkable cranial arch"
