Bronchoskopie:
Großer Fremdkörper flotierend im zentralen Tracheobronchialsystem.

Histologie: Tupferartiges Fremdmaterial aus dem Bronchialsystem, kein körpereigenes Gewebe, kein neoplastischer Prozess.

Hierbei wurde ein pflaumenkerngroßer Fremdkörper aus der Trachea entfernt, welcher sich histologisch am ehesten als tupferartiges Fremdmaterial darstellte.

Explanation:
Genau genommen ist nicht zu entscheiden, ob es ein Abstrichtupfer oder ein Stück Tupfer zum Blutstillen o.Ä. war, der da im Bronchialsystem verblieben ist. Deinen eigenen Vorschlag "gauze-like" finde ich unter diesem Aspekt gar nicht schlecht.
