Medical - Medical (general) / Endovenous Laser Treatment Study

From a study of endovenous laser treatment. I have absolutely no idea what "nach proximal auslösbar" means, and for some bizarre reason, can't find a translation for "auslösbar" anywhere (auslösen is common enough, so why do the dictionaries ignore auslösbar?). TIA for any light you can shed on this highly obscure phrase.

I know you asked me not to give you points, but yours was the only answer and the robot is going to give you four points anyway. Many thanks for your suggestion, which I used rather than giselrike's, which didn't sound like English to me (and didn't really get any search engine hits, either). But all the same, my thanks to the peer graders as well.
