Thank you for your help! I did a Proz.com Term search, but PP-Grenze did not show any results and the deadline was looming! I just tried again, it only comes up when you enter "PP Grenze" without the dash, I will remember this for next time!

agree  xxxtransdoctor: OK but not really what a US operator would say - more likely that the outline of the pelvicalyceal system is distinct or well-demarcated (from the renal parenchyma)//@Nicholas - US is ultrasound not United States
