total focal dose
Explanation:

Herddosis = focal dose
(according to Wörterbuch Strahlenschutz - Strahlenbiologie - Nuklearmedizin,
Giradet)

Hence "Gesamtherddosis" = "total focal dose"

e.g.:
Prolongation of the period between surgery and exposure of the abdominal cavity led to increase in the incidence of relapses in the abdominal cavity from 6.7% (up to 2 weeks) to 21.9% (more than 1 month), p = 0.02. Relapses were the most frequent in children aged over 4 years. This parameter virtually did not depend on the total focal dose.

It is recommended that KS be treated by high-speed electron radiation covering the lesion and adjacent sites of the intact skin. Total focal dose must not exceed 30 Gy and, in case of circulatory disturbances in the lower limbs, the dose should be reduced to 20 Gy 14. Alternatively, a single application of 800 cGy may be as effective as a more protracted course of radiotherapy with a comparable complication rate 15.

Die Herddosis ist bei der Strahlentherapie die Dosis am Herd.

A total of 35 patients (26 and 9 patients with glioblastoma and anaplastic astrocytoma, respectively) were followed up. Radiation therapy was performed, by using a total focal dose of 65 Gy in 2 steps or a single dose of 1.25 Gy twice daily every 4-6 hours.

Although sarcomas are relatively radioresistant, the total focal dose may be VERY high IF the tumor preferentially takes up the radioisotope. A very high dose might delay local progression or even achieve permanent local tumor control in patients with surgically inaccessible primary or relapsing osteoblastic tumors.

total dose

Explanation:
... seems to be sufficient according to the reference below.

A German definition I found was: "Gesamtmenge der im Rahmen einer Therapie an einen Patienten verabreichten Dosis" (didn't capture the URL - sorry).

So that would be something like the "total dose adminstered to a patient in the course of a specific treatment."

Hope this helps a bit...

agree  lirka: but I'd say "cumulative" rather than "total" since therapy is divided into several cycles, usually.

total (also: accumulated) tumor dose

Explanation:
"tumor dose" (or "target dose") may be found for Herddosis (in the very context: oncology).

Many of the source texts (journal articles) are not accessable as fulltext, but one ref. from MIT (Cambridge):
