German term or phrase: schnittfuehrung
The left spinal column was in sagittal, coronary and axial schnittfuehrung in T1 and T2 Wichtung, supplemented by axial T1 Wichtung prior to and following intravenous administration of contrast agent.

Also, for "Wichtung" I only find "weighting". Would that be correct in this context?

Explanation:
Sounds like an MRI or CT description.

I can't think of a bettertranslation for Schnittführung. View, orientation would probably also do. You could also say that they Patient was scanned in the 'sagittal, coronary and axial planes'.

And yes weighting would be correct.
