probably an easy one - 16 year old who's coughing a lot:
I also don't see the grammar of leichtER

Bei dem Jungen liegt ein Asthma bronchiale *leichter Ausprägung* vor, wobei die Hustensymptome dominieren.

leichtER because it\'s the genetive (I think, but I\'m certainly no expert)

agree  Steffen Walter: You may also say "Asthma bronchiale mit/von leichter Ausprägung", which would clarify matters IMHO (OR "ein leicht ausgeprägtes Asthma bronchiale").
