Das in XXXX enthaltene Estrogen soll nach einer möglichen Penetration in der Haut einen positiven Einfluss auf das Haarwachstum ausüben. Darüber hinaus soll Estrogen antiseborrhoisch und hyperämisierend wirken.

Is "hyperämisierend" the same as "hyperämisch"?

The origin of both hyperämisierend and hyperämisch is Hyperämie. I am not quite sure what the difference between the two might be. Hyperemic definitely gets more Google hits though.
