German term or phrase: stufengerecht
"Die Lernenden werden stufengerecht und ihrer Ausbildung entsprechend eingesetzt.
Ein Konzept für die Einführung neuer Mitarbeiter ist vorhanden und umgesetzt."

From a sort of job tsk sheet to do with nursing and care. Lernende here are trainee nurses, I'm pretty certain.

What does "stufengerecht" mean here? According to their position, maybe? So more senior trainees are given different info or whatever to more junior ones? TIA for helping me clear this up.
