Describing the accomodation area of some sort of psychiatric hospital or ward. I haven't got the slightest idea what is meant by "P- bzw. HP-Zimmer". Well obviously, I can work out the Zimmer bit, but "P- bzw. HP"??? TIA for any light you can shed.
