There isn't much context, it's a questionnaire regarding the intoduction of new technical products. I am struggling!

rückbaufähig

Explanation:
I think "rückbaufähig" is meant here (i.e. rückbau*frei* in the sense of leaving you the freedom of choice). At least that would make sense, as it means that those options can be dismanteled in such a way that everything looks (and works) as before the installation.
