This could possibly be something to do with standard thread connections or connectors, in a similar manner to "Rundgewindeanschluss = RA", although I have no idea what CA could actually stand for. See the following website, although please note that I can't find reference to the terms CA or CAT anywhere else and that the English version is a translation.

Der Rundgewindeanschluss nach DIN 3183 – CA oder – CAT, entsprechend EN 148 –1, passt für Atemfilter, Pressluftatmer und
Schlauchgeräte. (page 2)

Explanation:
This could possibly be something to do with standard thread connections or connectors, in a similar manner to "Rundgewindeanschluss = RA", although I have no idea what CA could actually stand for.
