Rough translation: "From this point he was deployed in the reconnaissance / vehicle group (??) of the 1st Medical Training Regiment as a category B driver and PC operator."

Explanation:
I think the motor transport (MT) support for a Medical Training Regiment is likely to equate very roughly to platoon level, rather than section or company. "squadron" would not be appropriate for a British reader.
