Tech/Engineering - Military / Defense / Ammunition belt
German term or phrase: Einführstücke
This has something to do with the ammunition belt. The ammunition belt in question is DM1.

Explanation:
Google for "ammunition belt starter tab" and you will find plenty of evidence. Although I also found terms like "feed-in tab", however, "starter tab" seems to be the most frequently used.

Edit: First example sentence shows "feeder tab", this is a third term I found. Stick with "Starter tab".
