Somehow I just can´t find a good way to express the idea of "Familienzeugnis".
I was never really satisfied with my translation of this, but eventually had to submit it and went with the version, derived from Nicole´s: "... represents a particularly touching family tribute.” Idwerk´s “family testament” was a close contender.
