h-b-wippe
C#-Bb connected table key

Explanation:

http://www.yanagisawasax.co.jp/en/baritone/992/

The C# key and Bb key have adopted a seesaw system to make a speedy but smooth finger "travelling possible."

neutral  Joel Schaefer: H is B natural in English, so this seems unlikely. Don't we have a bari player to ask? I'm just a cellist ...

disagree  Jim Tucker: H-B is "B (♮)-B♭"; a "Wippe" is a rocker, not a table key (which is a flat key for the table under the little finger of the left hand)

Peer comments on this answer (and responses from the answerer)
agree  Jim Tucker: or "rocker low b-flat" (tilting or not). It's the lowest note on a sax (usually), and it's traditionally hard to slip back and forth between it and b-natural. The rocker arm makes it a little easier for the left pinky.
