I would normally agree with the first answerers' suggested terms for "the person who organises the music". However, strange to say, it is the *event* - the Braunschweiger Kammermusikpodium - that is described as the "Musikveranstalter" here. Either this is a usage I haven't encountered before - meaning the festival as "music provider", perhaps - or it's just a mistake for "Musikveranstaltung" - "music event", which would seem to be the more normal term to use in this context. Either way, "music event" would cover it.
