Hallo,
es geht um Stoffe, die in Tomaten enthalten sind. Bin ein wenig ratlos, da im dt. auch kaum etwas dazu zu finden ist, und hoffe auf Hilfe.

Danke

Lykopene stabilisieren die Schutzmembran der Körperzellen, schützen also die Zellbestandteile. Ein anderer bemerkenswerter Stoff heisst *Tymarin*, der unsere Stimmung positiv beeinflusst. Diese Stoffe stärken auch das Immunsystem.
