"Urbar" is also the name of a village near Koblenz... Explanation: .., not very far from the Wichsensteiner Fels. Maybe this is what you mean? (But I still don't know what the article "das" is doing here...) From the link below: "Urbar, das bei Kriegsende knapp 500 Einwohner hatte, zählt heute fast 900 Einwohner.
