In my opionion the first lines are mistranslated and therefore the whole message is different to what I understand:
Du hast, du hast, du hast, du hast ... mich gefragt (you have, have ... asked me) -
means nothing else to me but: you kept asking me, maybe nagging me.
In the official English version this has been translated into: you hate, you hate ..
Anyway, the answer is 'Never' but for different reasons in the two versions.
