1. Does Zellschutzstoffen mean Vitamin C and E? Or They are separate three agents?
2. Kuerbisgewaechse is the whole plant? Mean you can use any part of the plant to prevent heart infarct?

I think Kuerbisgewaechse refers to any plant in the pumpkin family, but to the fruit (vegetable?) itself, not the leaves, for instance.
