German Baroque period and therefore, cannot be translated.
Literature was one of my majors, but I also verified it in Muret-Sanders

Simplicissimus, but it's a proper name
In fact, Simplicissimus was not anauthor of the German Baroque period, but rather a creation of Hans Jacob Christoph von Grimmelshausen. Spelled Simplicissimus in original editions (it's Latin). Wonderful stuff . . .
