OVE-Mark Explanation: OVE, TÜV and GS are all symbols used to demonstrate a level of safety testing - the use of these symbols garantees that the relevant body has tested the product in question and that it has passed safety tests. The equivalent in the UK would be a BS-kitemark, Im not sure if the american UL-sign is used for products as oppposed to materials (UL is generally a measure of flammabilty etc, the other tests go further). |
