German term or phrase: Belegschluss
A stamp used on university forms listing classes attended during a specific semester.
English translation:enrollment closed
does this fit your contex? (I't not quite clear whether the referenced document is from the student's records or from the university's communications.)
Oxford-Duden: Belegfrist = enrollment period
AltaVista: 115 pages found, word count: enrolment closed: 17; enrollment closed: 265;
Oddlly, zero hits on AltaVista and on Northernlight for __belegschluß belegschluss__
But Power Search found 91 items in 18 sources for belegfrist, Altavista found 41 pages.

End of [course] enrollments for this semester
enrollment for this semester ends here
or some such phrase.
I'm not sure that there is a pat translation for this. It's just an end-of-list indicator for the list of courses the student registered for during the semester in question.
I'd suggest using "register" or "enroll" for "belegen", it's the term used in US universities.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help!
