German term or phrase: Aufrüstung
Can anybody provide a translation that does not involve the military context. 'Wohneinheiten' undergo 'Vollaufrüstung 862 MHz, erneuert 2000' according to the time plan of a mutual venture between a housing company and a communications company to expand networks (of cables I presume).
