catering Explanation: I would phrase the whole thing as: Also in restaurant x, he fulfilled all of his assigned duties in catering as well as in the preparation of menu entrees in the most satisfactory manner (or to the complete satisfaction, ie, of his supervisor). Catering is the term usually used in preparing a large dinner (usually consisting of the same main course or selection of entrees) for a whole group.
