Hello, I am having some trouble with "der jeweils anderen Partei". How to translate this in an elegant manner? Thanks for suggestions in advance! (BTW: this are General Terms and Conditions of an enterprise).

disagree  Kim Metzger: Where did "disclose information" come from? Information that the other party becomes aware of.

  -> You are right, there is no dislose in the text. I came from a translation I did and I was told by the solicitor for whom I translated it, that this is always included in the wording. AS he is a specialist, he should know what he is talking about.

I think you have to keep the phrase "other party" and switch the prepositions according to the context. So here, first, "become known to the other party...", and then further on, "without the consent of the other party".
