I assume that this about the locomotion of machines (robots, cars that don't need a driver, ...). These systems need some kind of remote control. The new European satellite system could provide this kind of control.
"Fortbewegung" is not the same as "Fortschritt".

There is such a thing as non-technical locomotion. See for example the Wikipedia article on animal locomotion: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Animal_locomotion.
It also appears highly implausible to me that any kind of technological advancement should depend on a satellite system. |
