shepherd's roast pork with ham stuffing Explanation: The trouble with 'shepherd roast' is that it sounds like you've roasted the poor shepherd. And I'm not sure how appetising that would be! I only found 7 hits on Google for Hirtenbraten, and most of them were just on menus, which didn't help working out what it was. One of them mentioned pork - hence my answer.
