This is in a German patent text, but I am not sure if the abbreviation is German or English.
Lignocellulosischer Faserstoff aus Holz mit
– einer Reißlänge von mehr als 6,5 km bei 12 °SR oder mit einer Reißlänge von mehr als 8,0 km bei 15 °SR
und einem Ligningehalt von mindestens 15 % bezogen auf den otro Faserstoff für Nadelholz im ungebleichten
Zustand und mit
– einer Reißlänge von mehr als 5,0 km bei 20 °SR und einem Ligningehalt von mindestens 12 % bezogen auf
den otro Faserstoff für Laubholz im ungebleichten Zustand.

I am assuming that this is so many degrees SR, but it may not be.
