The parties (1. owner of a paper machine and 2. paper mill)agree on the conclusion of a sales contract, which must contain the following stipulations:
"a) eine Beschreibung des Kaufgegenstandes (Papiermaschine nebst Peripherie, u. a. KONSTANTTEIL, Rollenschneider und Infrastruktur wie z. B. Hallenkran, Lüftungssystem und Vakuumpumpen),[...]"
I found the English term "approach system", but I am not sure whether this would be the correct translation for "Konstantteil".
