Wachsende Kapazitäten und Anforderungen verlangten nach einer Modifizierung der Gasverladung. Prozessöfen wurden ebenfalls einer „Frischzellenkur“ unterzogen und modernisiert. Völlig neu errichtet wurde eine Kondensatmixanlage samt 72-Zoll Heißgasleitung.

Explanation:
OK, I know it does not literally covey the German, but seeing as how fresh cell therapy is frowned upon here (Link 1)....

So, for a machine, this might be appropriate.
