and any good dictionary gives "swap body" or "interchangeable body" for "Wechselaufbau", so put the two together, and what do you get? Here, a swap-body powder container...

Abrollbehälter is a term which appears to be used by fire brigades rather than anyone else - I certainly cannot find any other use. Also the term seems to be quite new - it doesn't appear in any printed dictionaries of mine, nor are there any reliable translations (my view only!) in any online dictionaries.
