Context:
The proper correction for fuel winterization issues is (1) to treat the fuel
with chemical additives that produce smaller paraffin wax crystals and (2) treat the fuel with chemical additives that will fully “suspend” the paraffin wax crystals as they form in the cooled fuel. "Cold flow improver" is another term with the same meaning.
