English translation:s.r.l. - società a responsabilità limitata
Explanation:
Could this be a variant spelling of an s.r.l., an Italian company with limited liability? If so, this of course forms part of the company name.

See http://www.studiamo.it/blog/societ-responsabilit-limitata.html and http://www.startupoverseas.co.uk/starting-a-business-in-ital...

That said, the spelling "SRL" (i. e. all capitals) is also common in Romania but means the same (company with limited liability). See examples at http://www.multimedia.com.ro/ro/index.htm and http://dictionar.cbi.ro/capitalism ("Intr-o societate <B>SRL</B> / societate cu responsabilitate limitata (in engleza abrevierea este LTD - Limitted [sic!]").

Which country is your "Fa. X" from?

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks for the input Steffen, also for writeaway`s comments. I tried googling but did not have much luck as the company XXXXX is entered as Fa.Koch Heat Transfer Company,SRL in the text. Their place of origin is not given, the main document comes from a company in Hamburg - the petrol company with the tiger - but my client is in Italy, sounds a real "buzz", or not?

agree  writeaway: and it's not translated because it obviously is part of the name. I can imagine that googling the actual name would have cleared this up immediately (of course we can't because we can't see it)
