Social Sciences - Philosophy / moral philosophy | | German term or phrase: Harmoniesucht | This is a pretty common term in German but I can't find an English equivalent. "Addiction to harmony" sounds very translated - there must be something else.

"Harmoniesucht" in German is implicitly negative, so my first reaction was to go along with Anne-Marie Grant -"harmony at any price" but "harmony at any price" only has a few hundred hits in google- the much more usual expression is "peace at any price" and I think the nearest to "Harmoniesucht". Here are some examples of the use of "Harmoniesucht" showing its negative overtones:
