German term or phrase: Copyeinstieg
Presumably refers to the function of a layout element.

Der "NEU"-Störer wird immer als Copyeinstieg eingesetzt.

Any suggestions on "Störer" would also be appreciated.

copy invasion
Explanation:
Kind of a bizarre one, but it sounds like something from the hacker's side. Stoerer is a common usage for things like viruses, trojan horses, and the like, and einstieg can either be used within the context either of entering a program or invading it. Not much of a translation, really, but it might give you a general direction. Please do let us know if/when you crack this one!
