The Bladder can be used for certain \"Delicatessen\", like \"Haselhuhn mit Schnecken in der Schweinsblase\", but is not commonly used for sausages per se (afaik) - gut is more common for that purpose. (btw: Remember chancellor Helmut Kohl serving \"Saumagen\" to his Guests? Yummy;-) |
