German to English translations [PRO]
Art/Literary - Poetry & Literature | | German term or phrase: Früherkunde und Ganzfrüherkunde | "Der Unterricht teilte sich in Draußenkunde, Menschenkunde, Ortskunde, Futterkunde und Hundekunde. Das meiste war langweilig. Später kamen *Früherkunde und Ganzfrüherkunde* hinzu. Da wurde es ziemlich unverständlich."
Still in the same novel. I have tried to make "-ologies" of these where possible, but can't come up with anything better for these last two than "Past Studies and Distant Past Studies" which are extremely ugly IMHO. |
