Is this just a typo for "grölten"? I can't find "gröhlen" anywhere.

"Einige Krieger saßen noch um die wenigen Feuer im Lager und unterhielten sich lautstark mit ihren Kameraden, pflegten ihre Waffen und Rüstungen oder **gröhlten** beim beliebten Knochenspiel."
