Wer ist alles schon über den Abgrund geflogen?

I am translating a concept for a children's eductional story book containing characters that fly....in other words insects. This is one of the sample questions teachers can ask children aged 5-8 after they have read one of the stories.

I have no other context or info than this, so would be grateful if someone could help me. TIA!

over a cliff
Explanation:
Did that once in a helicopter over the Grand Canyon. Boy, your stomach wants to find the exit, even though YOU do not move vertically.
