Explanation:
I would definitely keep the "Vaterland"
Could even make it "Good riddance dear Vaterland" if the idea is that the singer (or whoever) is sick of the place and glad to see the back of it!!!!

Etwas freier übersetzt. Ich würde Vaterland nicht unbedingt übersetzen, das hat m.E. etwas andere Konnotationen im Englischen (totalitarian state fällt mir dazu ein als Beispiel).
