I am not certain if *Pl* stands for *Platz* here, although it seems to refer to the subscription site (location), given the numbers which follow. Is there a standard term for this in English?

Half an answer: this appears to be reference info, and in this context I imagine 'Auflage' means circulation. I'm not sure what 'Pl' means -- perhaps a classification or category?

Of course, 'Auflage' could also be 'print run' (the more usual meaning), but I don't know whether this information is normally reported by publishers of newspapers and periodicals in Germany.
