German term or phrase: so wie etwa
I would be very grateful for some second, third and fouth opinions here.

The text is promoting this company's paper-related services.

The section bears the title "Spezialisten gefragt" and right below that comes:

So wie etwa bei der Auftragsabwicklung und in der Logistik.

It continues with a quote:

"Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit haben hier oberste Priorität,"

I would normally translate "so wie" here along the lines of "as it is" and "etwa" as "more or less." But the result sounds retarded:

Specialists in demand

More or less as it is in handling orders or in logistics. "Flexibility and reliability are the top priorities here..."

Am I missing something obvious? Or a subtlety with "etwa"?

Many thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
